Good day,
My name is Vusi am still new on control expert, i have a project which uses Topological memory management
starting address of the input card is %I0.20 which is on slot 2, however i want to change the address to %I1 and so forth this will be easy for SCADA addressing . i tried to change the address on data editor when i build it gives me an error saying the instance is located on an address that is not configured please help this on M340 2020 CPU

M340 uses topological addressing by default. If you need to write to %Ix State RAM addresses, you can perform following steps:
1: Select in the CPU configuration the "Mixed Topological and StateRAM" (double click the CPU). Also set the STATERAM size to the size needed.
2: Create a Module (if not already) and double click the module. Select on the memory tab "Mixed Topological and STATERAM and set the starting address (ex. %I1):
