HMIET 6400 cannot upload

Hello, I am college student and i have a project where is HMIET 6400 is used. The entire system will be controlled by a PLC TM241CE40R. i face a problem when trying to upload my program to the system. actually  i can upload it but only for the first time and after that i cannot upload my finished program. when im trying to upload its always pop up this error notification Error 1800: [Target] [Targetlft] cannot find defined target machine. On the target machine, please confirm the target model and IP settings and that Allow Ethernet Download & Upload) is enabled. ive confirm my ip and the target ip but still cannot upload. im also trying to reset the HMI but i dont know how to do it even when i see a few tutor its always different from my case and its not helping. please help me solves my problem, thank you for your concern.

I encountered the same issue with the HMIET6400: both Ethernet and USB methods cannot download from my PC to the device. However, when I tried downloading from another PC using USB, it worked, but Ethernet still does not
