ESME HVAC Error during start

Hello

I have a problem, ESME-HVAC not starting, i`ve got an error message "error signature of file is not valid" (attached screenshot).

I tried re-install software, but broblem is still.

Somebody know, how to solve this problem?

Hi,

Which version of Windows and of ESME HVAC did you use. The file is an graphical image tool. I´m not sure but I would expect is related to picture import in the display part. Did you "only" reinstall or did you also first uninstall?

I tried different options, reinstalled without manual removal, manual removal and then installation. The problem remains

I would suggest contact your local SE support. They could find the root cause of this problem.
