My machine is frequently stopping with error in the PLC
Error - Stop on software fault(task overrun or SFC overrun).
PLC model - TSX P573634
we did downloading of programme backup, but still issue is not solved.

Unity/ECE or PL7?
Observe what the usual scan time is, and when it happens again what is getting up to (should be your task Watchdog time).
Is it a big program and are you setting %S94 to update Init values? If the cycle time is already close to watchdog, this increases the scan for a moment while executing and can halt a CPU if it goes over watchdog.
Does your program have any WHERE or FOR loops of any kind that it might be able to get into and loop for long enough to reach the watchdog time?
Capture as much %SW and diag info and snips and share.
