I have a very good experience because we are a product company and it is indoor so cybersecurity is a really hard and competitive arena and you know in OT nobody wants to change their architecture.
So being a partner with Schneider Electric is great because it is easier to understand where you have to fit in the architecture of the customer. You know I was a very technical guy and it’s really nice to see that some people are trying different technics to sell, or different words.
So being a partner with Schneider Electric allows us to understand the words but you also can understand how people think inside their factories. So it’s really easy then to say “ok so what you need is this, it’s this value and you call this product or this feature like this”.
And then the customer realize what he needs. So everything is more smooth. Of course you need to have a good product to fit the problem otherwise there is no chance to be there but being a partner with Schneider Electric is great because the approach to the customer is more seamless.
