The point Is the following: we are using a proprietary encryption system that was for embedded micro-processors. So as the system is lightweight we can encrypt higher throughput with less resources.
That is important because in industrial systems it is hard to do that with a non-specific micro-processor. We can do that with off-the-shelf electronics so that basically the trick. The trick is in the mathematics.
