Control expert application build changes error

Hi,

I have control expert V15.3 and the hot standby M580 PLC (SV 4.10)

The issue is Control expert (V15.3) showing some error while building the application changes in online mode for HSBY M580 PLC and process failed with error.

Below are the errors for configuration:

- hsby list: Task [MAST] expected number [356], real number [357]

- The Hot standby unlocated data's exchange list  contains invalid items. The project must be rebuild all

- Configuration binary generation error.

Does any one know how to resolve this issue. Appreciated your help. Thanks!

From the message that you attached, I would say that it is something related to the execution time of the MAST task and the synchronization of the data of the same task. Check that the variable ECPU_HSBY_1.MAST_SYNCHRONIZED is set to one, if you don't need to increase the execution period of the MAST task.

In any case, information would be missing to diagnose the problem. I advise you to contact technical support in your country and share the program in STA, and the PLC diagnostic file.
