When downloading to this HMI (using Vijeo designer 6.2), the HMI exits the running application and goes into transfer mode, showing progress at 0% but then no further progress is shown. On the PC side, the download eventually fails but the HMI stays on the transfer screen (0%).
It used to be on an older service pack version, using an older PC (with the above-mentioned results) and I managed to download once from my Windows 11 PC which upgraded the runtime version to SP12 on the HMI but thereafter the same problem occurred.
Any ideas?

Have you tried using a USB stick to transfer the program? It works well, and is not dependent on comms integrity.

Thanks for the reply, Jerry. The HMI is on a remote site so it would be nice to find an Ethernet-based solution. Otherwise I'll look at the USB method.
