COMMUNICATION ISSUE WITH DRIVE AND PC

HI,

Here i am trying to connect Altivar 71 plus(model: ATV71EXs5C40n4 - S966)

I am using software Somove (ver: 2.9.2)

I am able to upload the parameters from drive.but it is not maintaining online connection. i want to monitor the online status of the drive during running.

After pressing connect in the software a message will popup i,e "THE CONFIGURATION FILE NOT COMPATIBLE WITH THIS DRIVE".

i dont understand the reason.when i try to open a offline project the same model is not available for selecting.
and software automatically selecting atv71hc40n438.when i check the  identification option in advanced operator panel its also showing atv71hc40n438 instead of ATV71EXs5C40n4 - S966.

It seems you have a special version of ATV71. That is the reason why you could not select your type in Somove. Contact your local support team. They should be have the possiblity to give the related DTM for somove to you. 

In the meanwhile you will have the possiblity to read all values directly via modbus out of the drive. I would expect that the drive will offer all standart values to you.

I addition to previous anser I would suggest that the S*** on this product is a hard specification, this is what we call ETO (engineered to order system) meaning a standard product with several equipment around. It means that for Somove, you can connect using the reference of a standard drive meaning in your case ATV71C40N4. Thank you to confirm all ok with this proposal...
