ATV6xx / ATV9xx Published Power Factor (PF) versus Calculated PF
Hi, coming across a discrepancy I have not been able to understand/resolve.
Specifically we are using the ATV930 22kW (30HP). We have data for the PF from SE that the PF = 0.901 (see attached). Meanwhile doing a simple calculation from the data sheet of PF = S/P = (28.6kVA / 22kW) = 0.77 (see attached data).
We are operating as a Normal Duty application.
Can someone explain the difference?
We were also asked if the PF of 0.901 is TOTAL PF. Maybe this is the reason for the difference?
We are also measuring with a power meter and this is aligning with the 0.77 measurement.
Thank-you in advance!
