I use PLC to control inverter ATV312 by modbus RTD, but the light at PLC's not flashing and the inverter showed "SLF", i know it mean modbus's fault and inverter cannot communicate with PLC. I checked PLC's program. Please help me fix it.

In addition to the first answer, I would ask, was it working properly before, or is it a commissionning ? Anyway, you could have a look on the programming manual about communication.
Have a look on P97 about communication on the document I join to this conversation.
