Issue
Original Equipment Manufactures and Systems Integrators will transfer their EcoStruxure Machine SCADA Expert project to the Runtime once the project is completed. In most cases, this requires a reconfiguration of the database connection, as well as manually adding the database to the SQL Server.
Resolution
Using the Built-in functions, the database connection string can be saved in a project tag, and a VB Script can be used to create a database on the server from Runtime. This article explains how.
