Issue
The Sequence Library manages sequence actions based on symbolic links.
But there are several drawbacks using Step Actions:
- Destination names entered manually in the Actions sequence, leading to potential errors that are difficult to detect.
- Not easy to navigate between objects.
- Difficult to maintain, as renaming an object requires restating names in actions.
- Not easily portable, as object names are fixed in actions.
Resolution
The aim of this document is to show how to control actions using another method based on the IDevice adapter.
