How to configure ATV212 for a Fan application?

Example of speed regulation or Flow regulation according to a reference
Parameters changed:
- F113 between PID to Speed
- F201 to F204 as process reference (here the "flow")
- F210 to F213 for motor speed, motor rated voltage and frequency
- F360 enabling PID
