Zelio going into STOP

I have a Zelio SR3B261BD with an extension SR3XT141BD on one particular machine that has gone into STOP.

It has been restarted by using the Menu and RUN option.

The program has the RUN on start up selected.

This has just stopped randomly.

It happened on this particular machine a year or so ago which we put down to just "one of those things".

However it then did it again 4 or 5 times, so we replaced the whole unit, and it has been fine up until now.

Is there anything external (power supply, input?) that could trigger this event?

There are 20 plus identical machines (with the same hardware and program) out in the field that have not experienced this.

Has anybody else come across this?
