Vijeodesigner 6.2 SP12 Invalid PLC Type

HMISTU855 -> TM221CE40T

We have just updated software on a HMISTU855 HMI with Vijeodesigner V6.2 SP12, the %M & %MW are communicating but the %I & %Q are not communicating after the update.   

The HMI shows the following error after a download:

Invalid PLC Family/Model/Type (ModbusEquipment01)

(Vijeodesigner V6.2.24 SP12 24-210

Is there a hotfix for this version of Vijeodesigner?  I found a link on the internet but the link was dead.

I have available in box the Vijeo Designer v6.2 SP12 HF3 (6.2.12.2052) :

There is a HF5 (6.2.12.2056) available but i believe it will be great if you can contact your Technical support team of Schneider Electric in your country so they can provide it to you:
