TSAA communication with triconex

Iam trying to communicate between triconex and Machine Scada expert via TSAA protocol, but I cant receive or send msgs Through the driver sheet as written in the TSAA help document.

I get this log msg ( Timeout waiting start a message (Group number: 1) ) .

Ahmed, I am not expert at this protocol but from that error message it seems like the basic connection and handshaking is not occurring. Maybe a networking issue, firewall etc.
