HMIGXU3500 04 Hex Error Code
Hello everyone. I'm having a trouble with almost every HMIGXU3500 we use in our machines. The device is connected to a TM200CE24R and an Ageon (Brazilian) Drive. The PLC is linked by RS485 and the drive is linked by a MODBUS cable. The problem is: the HMI is losing connection to the Drive and the Error Code 04 Hex pops up, but, in the Schneider support I could not find better explanation than "An unrecoverable error occurred while the server was attempting to perform the requested action." and I really need to solve this. We used to not have this kind of problem a couple months ago, but recently it got very frequent.

The HMI is the Modbus Client and the drive and the PLC are the servers? Did you use a resistor for termination on the Serial Line? Is the drive proper grounded? Did you use a shielded cable for modbus?
