Failed Email Causes Duplicate
We are running EcoStructure 3.2. We have email alerts setup. In the event logs we get errors that email failed to send. However they emails are actually sent. This then causes the system to generate another email. So we get lots of duplicate messages.
Any have any suggestions

I figured out the issue. The SMTP profile had a timeout of 20 seconds. So the Eco system was marking the message as failed if the connection took over 20sec. Even though the system said failed it would still send the email even if it took 25secs. Since the system said failed in generated another alert.
