Raising Alarms in the DDK from the EXE

As the DDK documentation specifies, an alarm can only be raised in the driver dll. If the exe is to raise an alarm it must use SendAndReceive to signal the dll to make the call to AlarmObject.Raise().

If using a user configurable severity field for the alarm, ensure a call to AlarmObject.Raise cannot be made with a Severity of "None". Doing this will cause a COM exception to be thrown in the driver exe with a result of E_FAIL.
