In ClearSCADA Server Configuration, the user enter in Global Parameters → Performance Monitor, System Configuration → Printing, and System Configuration → System Calls required that this Windows User must have "Log on as a service" privilege and or "Replace a process level token" privilege.
1. Windows Start Button --> Run and type in "gpedit.msc"
2a. In Windows XP open the following path:

In order to add these Windows privileges, please do the followings:
