Sysinternals Process Explorer
If you are multi-headed find the instance of "ViewX" by dragging the little cross-hair sight from the toolbar on to the ViewX window.
Add columns for Handles, User objects and GDI Objects (from the "View" menu). Handle Count is on the Process Performance tab, User and GDI objects are on the Process Memory tab. (You can save this column arrangement as a Column Set from the View menu).
Drag the added columns to the left to position them conveniently if you are going to do a screen dump (but one of the many advantages of Process Explorer is that you can create a text file containing the information you can see in its window so you don't need to make a written record or screen dump).
