Hi Arief,

This is possible, but would be extremely slow to load the ComX interface over a 2G connection. There are a couple of other considerations that may make this very difficult in practice:

• Many cellular networks will block this traffic automatically
• Unless you have paid for a static IP address sim card from the provider, the IP address of the ComX on the cellular network may be frequently changing
• Make sure you've enabled HTTP over GPRS in the firewall settings page.

I can propose a simpler solution:

• Use an external ethernet cellular router which supports VPN connections. Such as this one: https://www.multitech.com/brands/multiconnect-rcell-100-series
• This supports much faster speeds (3G, 4G)
• It will work on almost all cellular networks, and will not be blocked
• You do not need a static IP address from your cellular provider
• You don't need to do any special configuration on your ComX
