Updated old version firmware Acti 9 Smartlink SI D

Hi Expert,

1. I have 3 pcs of A9XMWA20 with firmware v1.2.1 and v2.1. How can I update to latest firmware? I have installed EcoStruxure Power Commission software but still failed(min. requirement is v2.3).

2. I have some powtag A9MEM1522 & 1520 that have connected to another old SI-D before. However the old SI-D failed. When I want to connect those powertag to new SI-D, they cannot scan by the new SI-D and the red led are fast blinking. How can reset the powertag to join to the new SI-D?

I have solve those problem when I reinstall the EcoStruxure Power Commission again.

Hello @KCWong ,

Good to know you have solved your issue.
Please keep in mind that you need to connect you SID directly to EPC if you want to upgrade your Smartlink FW.

If you upgrade through some network routers, you will fail your upgrade.

It is important that EPC and the Smartlink are located on the same sub-network.
