Hi,
I have a system that had seven A9MEM1520 bound to an Acti 9 Smartlink SI D
Unfortunately the Smartlink has catastrophically failed and I would like to replace this unit with a PaS600.
I have removed one of the PowerTags' and tried in vain to connect to my PaS.
I have a new A9MEM1520, which the PaS will detect.
I belive that the PowerTag is bound to the old Smartlink and that is why the PaS cannot discover it.
Is there a way of resetting this old PowerTag so that it can be discovered?

Hi Mark,
After crash of the SID , the A9MEM15020 should fast blink red to indicate that there are in the communication loss.
At this step , a power cyle of the PowerTag offers a recovery mode to switch in discovery mode (for a limited time of X minutes). After the power cycle, the PowerTag should bling orange to indicate the discovery mode.
So can you confirm that the PowerTag blink orange when you launch the discovery mode on the PAS600 ?
Then; as you mention, there is perhaps a problem of fw compatibility between the PAS600 and the powerTag.
I can ask information for the compatibility between the PAS and the PowerTag ) if you share a photo of the PowerTag sticker (fw version is printed on it => exemple hereunder)
Can you please send a photo ?
We keep in touch.
