Problem with COM'X 210

To whom it may concern,

I have configured a COM'X to use two independent and different Ethernet ports. Then, the device demanded a reboot, to set the new configuration. However, this gateway during its reseting, does not work right, because, the COM'X does not load more than 98% and it keeps in an endless looping.

Has anyone been through with the same problem?

Have you tried to perform a power cycle? What is the power LED color?
What is the actual com'x  firmware?

Hi Victor,

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Com'X 210.  Would you happen to know what version of firmware the Com'X has on it?

To get it to quit continuously rebooting, you will probably have to factory reset the device.  To do this, power down the Com'X, then, hold down both of the buttons on the front of the Com'X for approximately 10 seconds while re-powering the Com'X.  The LEDs on the front of the Com'X will blink, indicating that it is resetting to factory defaults.

After the Com'X has booted completely, if the Com'X does not have the latest firmware version on it (5.6.9), upgrade the firwmare before reconfiguring the device.
