PM5350 did not detected by PAS800L

I want to log several parameter of my PM5350 using PAS800L, because of PM5350 did not detected on PAS800L, i got custom model addition and Import it form EPC - W, however after the template has successfully added, my PM5350 still did not detected by PAS800L, can anyone help me please. My PM5350 has been discover as ID = 1

Hello,

Are you using discovery to add your PM ? If yes you have to add your PM manually using the custom model you have loaded.

Discovery should detect an unknown device at slave ID 1 as you mention.
