PM300 - EGX300 - Modbus communication and device list

Hi Guys,

a customer has 3 old PM300 that he never used. Now he wants install them, in a plant, with EGX300. The problem is that EGX is not able to read the device and gives Timeout error. I tried also, with a USB/RS-485 converter, to connect the PC directly to device to read modbus registers but the device doesn't give answer.

Did someone have experience with this power meter and help me and the customer to solve the problem?

Does anyone successfully connected with this PM300 to an EGX300? I have the same issue with one of our customers.
