Hi team,
I am working on an architecture that is using 19 devices (7 TCP/IP & 12 Serial). I'm planning on using two Panel servers, one for for each type of communication protocol.
Is it possible to have a PAS800 with the TCP/IP devices connected as well as having a PAS600 connected downstream with the serial devices connected?
If it is possible, will each device be logged individually on the PAS800?

Hello Dean,
If I understand well you want to use a Parent / Child gateway architecture: The Parent is the PaS800 and the Child is the PaS600.
On the PaS800 you will have the TCP/IP devices and yes you will be able too to discover and add at PaS800 level, each modbus devices from your PaS600.
Please find below a great video as an example about this kind of architecture: https://community.se.com/t5/Gateways-and-Energy-Servers/Panel-Server-video-Parent-and-child-gateway-...
Hope it help !

Hi @DeanZouganelis ,
Why not only using 1 single PAS800 on which you can connect as well the serial devices as also the TCP devices?
