Hello ,
I have a question concerning the PAS.
Is it possible to have it working as a Modbus server where client could send Modbus // requests to it in Modbus TCP. The purpose would serve in case of a architecture with Modbus Serial Equipment that won't allow more than 1 // connection. If the PAS could be the one reaching them and then sharing the data to the TCP clients as a server.
Thank you !
Best Regards

Hello,
Yes this is one of the feature of the PAS ( working as a link150). In order to do it, depending on your network settings you have to configure the services :
Here seggregated ports modbus server is enabled on port 1 only.
Now in term of devices, no need to configure them in the PAS.
If not configured this is transparent the Id is passed if there is no device with this virtual Id
If the device is configured , you have to use PAS Virtual Id to reach it.
