How to view historical data of the COM'X 510's SD CARD?

Hi everyone, my client's COM'X is damaged and they had promblems with their network. I can't conect in any way to the COM'X. There are any way to recover the historical data from the COM'X 510's SD CARD?

Please contact your Customer Care Center to have the unit replaced and have the old unit sent to me.  We can try to get the data off of the Com'X.
