Hi,
If we already did a csv export for a device, and if we then change the name, the csv files will continue to use the old name.
I already lost hours and data because of this.
Can this please be fixed?
I know I encountered these issues with version 3.0.7 and 3.5.24.
Thanks!
Greetings,
Philippe

Hi Philippe,
Sorry to hear you're having this issue. The ComX will use the name of the device at the data point which is oldest in the logs. Below is an example from my ComX510 on 3.5.24, once my old data points (from when it had the old name) had finished publishing the next log began to reflect the new name:
If you want to speed up the process, you can use the manual publication to clear out old data points.

Hi Colton,
Thank you for the explanation!
I suppose this is also true when exporting from the Com'X510 Dashboard.
If I remember correctly this was not true with previous releases.
Best Regards,
Philippe
