Help, Can not Migrate Power Tag C A9XMC1D3 Device from Power Tag Link to Panel Server
Can anyone advise how to solve this issue, I am migrating from a PowerTag Link to the Panel Server
Deleting each device from PowerTAG Link and then Discover and Add to Panel server.
When it comes to the A9XMC1D3 PowerTag Control devices of which i have 3, the Device will discover in the search, but the moment I try to add details of the device, it gets removed fromt he list and the device fails to be connected to the panel server.
Have tried from WebView and from EPC same kind of result.
I have read from Firmware release notes a statement about for control devices all other wireless devices must be powered off.
This is impossible to achieve completely, I can Power down 13 of the 16 PowerTags but not all 16 without dismantling the Panel, but even with only 3 devices wireless Powertag Meters connected. i have not found a way to add the A9XMC1D3 devices.
Have wastes many hours and am now very frustrated with the product, would appreciate some guidance. to solve this issue.
