EGX300/Com'x200 + SE8000
Had the chance to put my hands on a yet to be released new firmware for the SE8000 that gives you the opportunity to ditch Bacnet on the RS485 port and put Modbus instead.
As specified, once you upgrade the firmware using the Uploader, the network configuration has a new option where you can select your "Wire protocol". You select Modbus, and in the following menu you can define the usual modbus address, baud rate, etc...
Then obviously wanted to test this on my good old EGX300. And sure enough, it did work like a charm using the custom device type.
Adding the various values was actually easy. The spec I got was only missing the fact that everything seems to be a U16, but other than that, you're good. Remember to use the Scale when necessary (temperature comes as 295 instead of 29.5).
Within 5mins, I had the various values:
We haven't tried yet, but obviously, you will get the same result using a Com'X.
Attached is the table of registers, BUT remember this is unofficial/unreleased, so definitely subject to change. The SE8000 team is opened for any comment!
Good luck!

Just to add: did the same test with my Com'X200 (firmware 1.1.20). Works perfectly too!
Here is the tram:
Just do -1 compared to the document for the register address.
