Hello everybody
Taiwan partner want to use com'x510
But don't through com'x510 generate .csv files into their software (SCADA、APP、SQL)
Customer want crawl real-time value through the cloud services
I have suggestion using modbus gateway polling under com'x510 equipment but they feel cumbersome on integration
My problem is that third-party software can crawl real-time value through energy operation
Or Energy operation only application to our own hardware and software
Many thanks

Could you please give more details about the application you are targetting ?
You have mentioned "Energy Operation". This is a Schneider-Electric web appllication for energy monitoring.
This "Energy Operation" application, itself is not designed to be real time : it will take into account the data sent by the different gateway each hour only.
As a consequence it seems not necessary to publish data with shorter period.
Anyway, in the Com'X you can select 2 different periods :
The Com'X is designed to store the acquired data between those periods, or if the Web application is not available
You can select the publication period in : "Settings" / "General Setttings" / "Publication".
The choice is a drop list between "1 hour", "2 hours", "3 hours", "4 hours", "12 hours", "1 day", "1 week" and "1 month"
You can select the acquisition period in : "Settings" / "Site Settings" / "Data logging".
The choice is a drop list between "1 minute", "2 minutes", 3 minutes", "5 minutes", "6 minutes", "10 minutes", "12 minutes", "15 minutes", "20 minutes", "3à minutes", "1 hour", "1 day" and "1 week". You can select different periods for different commodities (you may define the commodity of a device in the "Device Settings")

Hello Eli Liao
Yes, its possible. Third party software with SQL database can send data directly to Energy Operation through EDC software (formerly EODC, Energy Operation Data Connector).
Hope this helps. I'm not sure whether I understand your question properly.

Hello Udhayakumar A K
Thanks for your reply
I may not be a complete narrative
Customer demand is to grab COM'X 510 real-time data directly through the cloud (Energy Operation) into their software
This solution established ? How to do better?
Or only through EDC software into Customer SQL

Hello Eli
In the Com'X familly, there are different ways to publish data
The first method (real time) is based on the modbus gateway embedded in the Com'X. The Modbus protocol is a very well known protocol based on a standard and largely used in industry This is a very good method for an intranet solution where there is no risk of cyber security. But due to the lack of encryption in modbus protocol, it is not recommended to use it over the Internet. In this method the Com'X is a server for the application (it opens one port and is ready to answer to the client request), This method requires that the firewall of the site must be open if the client is outside.
Due to the cybersecurity issue, I do not think that Energy Operation has developed an modbus client that would read data directly in the Com'X.
The second method (with delay between gathering and publication) use a different organisation: the Com'X Is a client for the application. The application is supposed to be based on a host which manage also different servers such as FTP, HTTP, HTTPS or SMTP. Those servers enables to receive the file sent by the Com'X. Some of those protocols such as HTTPS uses encryption and are safe for an usage over internet. In this method the Com'X is a client for the application (it operates like a PC that browses a WEB site). This method does not requires any modification in the firewall of the site.

Hello Jean-Francois MAUBERT
Many thanks for your reply , but I still have questions to need ask for you.
1 It's possible publish data in shorter period to meet customer 's request.
(For example, 10 seconds.)
2.what is the highest publishing rate? How to configure that?
Please refer to customer demand
1.Real-time device status
2.Device configuration
3.The host operating state
4.Local side events
5.Query the diagnosis and cloud remote control
