Hi all,
I was configuring a COMX510 today, I was able to configure without problems with a point-to-point connection on port eth 2 that has DHCP enabled on port eth 1 the IP has been configured on the client network.
When we tested the connectivity with the ping there were no problems, it had a correct answer.
But when we tried to enter the ComX510 web environment it could not, according to the client, the comx510 was not publishing over HTTP or HTTPS, but it is well configured since when I connect point to point I can enter the web interface without problems. The client tells me that ports 80 and 443 are open.
This problem is because the client must enable or open some more port? Or is it that I need to enable something else on the ComX510? Or perhaps a security certificate is required for this team to publish their information on the customer's network?
Thanks your time,
Best regards
Miguel Huaccha

Hi,
When the Com'X is on the customer's network, are you able to connect to it directly on port 2? If so, does the Com'X have an IP Address for port 1? There is no need to open any ports besides 80 and 443 (unless publishing logged data via SMTP or FTP).
