ComX510 reboot and smtp issue

Hi

Was at a customer to make changes in the SMTP and gprs setup.

question 1: I am not able to send csv. files using google´s smtp server(smtp.google.com or aspmx.1.google.com)

I have created a gmail account and used the user and password in the comX510.

The signal strength is 4/4 full.

Question 2: The ComX510 is rebooting be it self, ALL the time, and it takes aprox. 30 min. each time.

                    There is 10 devices on the network.

Can it be any thing i the configuration that makes it reboot???

Ps.

I tried 2 different(new) controllers, with the same result.

Hi Thomas,

Can you share your SMTP settings and the results you're seeing in the Maintenance logs?

Also, when using Gmail, make sure you enable less secure apps: Let less secure apps use your account - Google Account Help

For the reboots, please note: For cellular connections we're currently recommending to use external cellular routers due to some instability that we're working to correct (including frequent reboots!). We currently recommend the Multitech rCell as it has shown to be very robust.
