Hi all, as part of the test, I had connected the ComX 200 to a switch that is connected to an existing EGX300 which is sending data of our office to REM.
I realised that the ComX 200 shown a "-31" power factor when EGX300 shows power factor around 0.9.
Please find the above attached.
If you guys have similar encounter and had overcome it, I would appreciate it if you can share your experieces with me.
