Com'X 510 - Queries

Hi ,

Have some queries on ComX510;

1. Can we push data using ComX510 to third party cloud system or is it restricted to only Schneider cloud solution?

2. Pushing data to Schneider Electric's digital service platform - whether customer can access Schneider services free of cot or are there separate charges? In case there's separate charges, whom to contact for getting a quote?

3. Any information on ComX 510 connectivity with Resource Advisor?

The Com'X 510 includes the same publication method than the Com'X 200 :

You can use FTP, HTTP HTTP or HTML to push a CSV file to a server (in this case, the Com'X is always a client)

When using external server do not forget to setup the proxy

Schneider Electric's digital service platform offer (or will offer) different application such as Facility Insight, AOS, ...

The cost depend on the application

About Resource Advisor, please contact Resource Advisor team in order to know their roadmap for the development of their RSP connector

(the RSP connector enable an application to connect to digital service platform )

I know that they have stared some work, but I don't know the current status
