Hi,

Some feedback from our SI, they are concerned about the accessibility of USB. Since the configuration is their intellectual property, they are concerned that others can open the panel and easily get the setting with USB.

Is there anything wecan do to waive their worries?

the security is based ion  the fact that the Com'X 200 is supposed to be installed in an electrical cabinet which is locked,

Normally the access to, this room is restricted to electrician people

Exactly. They are not concerned about public.

Other SI might have access to the panel while they have same service area

of the panel.

They can easily hijack the setting file..

For end user, it's great to have more providers with lower price.

For SI, it will make they hesitate to use ComX 200 under the risk that

their work might be stolen by others in the same industry.
