COM X 510

I was trying to add a third party meter (X-Meter) with the Schneider Com X'510 , however, after entering the Memory address in the Custom Library and searching in the Device Settings,I am not able to see the meter,instead I am seeing Unknown.I have attached the screenshot for the same.The Device id is 6 and can be seen as Unknown.

Any probable solution for this.Please advise.

Hello.

The Com'X 510 is not able to discover custom devices.  After creating a custom model, you will have to manually associate the device to the custom device type.

Please let me know if you need further assistance.
