Improve your search experience:

When the EcoStruxure IT Gateway server starts, it detects all the available network adapters defined in the operating system and uses all of them to connect to the devices. When you are logged into the Gateway, the IP addresses the Gateway is communicating with are displayed on the Settings > About page.
You can use the Gateway user interface on the public network as a proxy to the user interfaces of the monitored devices on the private network.
Note: The Gateway user interface does not limit how many network adapters it connects to. One public and one private network is typical.
To connect to a device user interface:
In the Gateway, go to Devices. Click a device and then the Details tab.
Click the IP address link to launch to the device.
