@Anonymous user - The IEC standard doesn't require any minimum voltage specification to be assigned to a circuit breaker. There are preferred values of rated voltage referred in Cl 5.3.1 of IEC 60898-1 for 1P, 2P, 3P and 4P MCBs. A manufacturer can choose to specify any of the preferred values, but the performance of the product shall be evaluated against that rated voltage, especially important for the short-circuit performance.
