The concept of TTA & PTTA are no more relevant in IEC61439. TTA & PTTA are replaced by design verifications.

Comprehensive guidelines for each and every characteristics are very well defined in IEC61439-1 Edition 3 . For example, refer Annex L for temperature rise performance verification and refer Table 13 + Annex M for short circuit performance evaluation. Similar guidelines are also furnished for all the relevant characteristics for the corresponding performance evaluation and assessment.
