Easergy T300

What is the function of easergy T300 in MV? Can we use it for PIX, SM6, RM6 and GMA?

If we use easergy T300 do we still need to use sepam or micom or easergy P3?

Hi Pak @Widiyatmoko,

Easergy T300 is a Feeder and Smart Remote Terminal Unit specially used for Medium Voltage and MV/LV application. T300 will collect status, alarm, and measurement of all MV Switchgear in the substation then send it to Scada/control center. T300 will accept remote command from Scada then control the MV switchgear remotely. T300 is gathering all the data either by direct hardwire or through communication to existing IED in the substation (Protection relay, power meter, etc)

T300 have many features more than just a RTU. It has embedded logic for ATS function, Self healing grid, Power quality measurement, basic protection relay, and complete communication protocol and hardware option.

T300 can be integrated to all kind of MV switchgear either Schneider brand or others.

As T300 currently is already having basic protection function for phase overcurrent (50/51) and Ground/Earth fault (50/51N), it depends on the application to use another protection relay or not. If more protection function is needed, then Protection relay (e.g Easergy P3, P5, MiCOM, etc) that suitable with the application is needed.

Please find the catalog of Easergy T300 in this link:

Thank you.

Regards,

Fikri Ferdiana
