Scores for various categories

Hello community,

I subscribed to the EcoStruxure Energy LEED Scoring & benchmarking Data API. While the API mentions scoring of Water and Waste categories, I’m only receiving a score for my site for Energy. How can I properly configure to receive scores for various categories?

Thanks.

The scores for different categories such as Water and Waste depend on the availability and configuration of timeseries data for those specific metrics. Here are some steps to ensure you receive scores for various categories:

  1. Ensure Data Availability: Verify that your site has the necessary timeseries data for water consumption and waste generation. The scoring partner can only provide scores for categories where sufficient data is available.
  2. Data Integration: Ensure that the timeseries data for water consumption and waste generation is correctly integrated and sent to the Schneider Electric cloud. Without this data, the partner will not be able to calculate and provide scores for these categories.
  3. Check Data Configuration: Confirm that your site’s data configuration includes all relevant metrics for the categories you want to score. This includes setting up sensors, data logging, and proper configuration of data streams for water and waste.
  4. Contact Customer Relationship Manager: If you have verified that the necessary data is available but are still not receiving scores for Water and Waste, contact your customer relationship manager. They can assist in troubleshooting any configuration issues and ensure that all necessary data is correctly captured and processed.

Steps to ensure proper configuration:

  • Verify Sensor Data: Ensure that sensors for water and waste are installed and sending data correctly.
  • Check Data Streams: Make sure data streams for water consumption and waste generation are active and properly linked to your site in the Schneider Electric system.
  • Update Data Configuration: Work with your customer relationship manager to update any configurations that might be missing or incorrectly set up.

If you have taken the above steps and still face issues, please contact the Exchange support team at exchange.support@se.com. Include the following details in your request:

  • Endpoint URL used
  • Request/Response details
  • Screenshots or Postman collections, if available
  • Any error messages received

Additionally, you can seek help from the community here.

By ensuring that the necessary data is available and correctly configured, you can receive comprehensive scores for various categories including Water and Waste.
