Cannot view my site data

Despite having a subscription to the API and utilizing Schneider Electric solutions to manage many sites, I am unable to view my site data via the /sites endpoint. What might be the problem?

If you are unable to view your site data via the /sites endpoint despite having a subscription to the API and using Schneider Electric solutions, consider the following potential issues and solutions:

  1. Site Solution Connection: Ensure that your site solution is connected to the Schneider Electric cloud. Site data needs to be uploaded and synced with the cloud before it can be accessed via the API. Consult with your customer relationship manager to verify and establish this connection.
  2. Customer Login Access: Verify that the login credentials you are using have the necessary permissions to access site data on the Schneider Electric cloud. Your account should be authorized and have the correct roles assigned to access the data.
  3. Personal Access Token (PAT): Check that your Personal Access Token (PAT) is correctly generated and included in the API request header. The PAT must have the necessary scopes and permissions to retrieve site data.
  4. Correct Endpoint Usage: Confirm that you are using the correct endpoint URL (https://api.exchange.se.com/ecostruxure/user/scoring/v1/sites) and that your request is properly formatted.
  5. API Limits and Quotas: Ensure that you have not exceeded any API usage limits or quotas, which might restrict data retrieval.
