XROA Server crash, what do to ?

what do to in case of XROA server crash ? is there any record to save in order to easy the investiation ?

Hello Dominique! In case of server crash you can download the logs of your server here is the path: 

Open the file location of your server > Open the folder "Logs" > Send to us the most recent .pdf file 

You can also send to us a screenshot of the XROA-Server before the crash to know which error is displaying.
