Manage your room back-up size in XR Operator Advisor
A good habit when designing an XR Operator Advisor room is to keep the room back-up size in a reasonable limit, let’s say around 200 to 300 Mb. It will keep the export and import operation (from the server and to server) safe and quick. And it will avoid potential lags when connecting to the room and loading textures, documents or 3D objects. Indeed the room back-up size is closely link to the sizes of the images (texture, sheet files), documents (PDF, video, etc…) and 3D objects used in the room. As examples: no need to use high resolution images for the textured cube, nor 4K video. Downsize them and enjoy them in Extended Reality.
