Hello! You've encountered something that we forgot to test for.
Strictly speaking your hierarchy is wrong, but it is still our responsibility to inform you of that and not display such confusing results. We'll make sure that it becomes clearer in future versions of SEAL.
To achieve what you probably want you should follow the recommended hierarchy of 'Parameters => Groups => Items', here's an example of correct usage that does not create duplicates:

As per @MikaelBodereau's example, there's definitely a use case for the "standalone infotext"... but then again, that will then be the equivalent of a group 🙂
